There will be a family day on August 7th 2010 Saturday. Apparently, it is compulsary to attend this event for the hc00/05 first year.
Reason for this event:
It is to meet with your HC00/05 seniors and get to know them and also familiarize yourself with others as well especially ‘us’ event handler with you guys.
On 5th March 2010, Computer Contribution Submission event led by Mohd. Hisyamuddin along with his team and two lecturer, the supervisor of UMSINTEC club, went to three different schools located in a rural area. These computers were used computer by UMS and it’s better to give those computers to the place that needed the most. One of the purpose of this event is also to create more IT Generation that government been shouting for
The first school was SMK Pengiran Omar II located in Sipitang. This school were located in a remote area and just begin its service in 2006, there’s no IT facilities for students yet especially for those who came from remote area, En Abd. Ghani Md. Ali stated as the school’s principal.
The team heads over to Madrasah Attarbiah Addiniah Kg. Keguraan in Kota Belud as their first destination for the second day and they were welcomed by most students from Sekolah Agama Rakyat (SAR). En. Alkesah Bidin as the representative of the school’s headmaster gave his gratitude to the UMSINTEC in choosing them as one of their Computer Contribution Submission destination.
They head over to Rumah Anak Yatim Yayasan Kebajikan Suria Tuaran as their third and final destination for the event. This home for orphans were established by Datin Hjh. Raya Erom, as well as the manager for Yayasan Kebajikan Suria, has a limited number of computers to support all the orphans in the home. Head Bureau of Yayasan Kebajikan Suria, Ustaz Hj. Harun Tafsir asked the team to create a small program in how to use the computer and its software as well so the benefits of the computer can be used to its fullest in his speeches that day. The program was a success with the cooperation by the facilitator and supervisors, which worked hard to make this event a success.
On 23-25th November 2009, IT Camp were successfully held in UMS by the INTEC committees. The facilitator consists of first year and several second year students who volunteered to make this event a success.

Each school sends out 20 students and 2 teacher to escort and monitor them. In overall, there’s 140 peoples involved, that includes:
80 students (20 each from each school)
8 teachers (2 from each school)
50 facilitators (consists of first and second year students)
